Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. This role involves active participation in regular inventory audits helping to track asset movements and providing support for upcoming export or import activities. Additionally, the position plays a key role in identifying and reporting obsolete, damaged, or underperforming assets, ensuring that these items are flagged for timely action in accordance with company policies and procedures. Through these efforts, the role ensures the integrity of asset records and contributes to efficient asset lifecycle management.
+ Strictly adheres to guidelines for acquisition, maintenance, retention, and disposition of fixed assets and associated records.
+ Affixes inventory tags to designated assets and equipment and replace damaged asset tags.
+ Performs field inventory by physically locating, identifying, and counting assets to keep the auxiliary management database up to date without repeated, incorrect, or inaccurate information.
+ Arranges and completes the physical transfer/disposal of surplus/obsolete/damaged items.
+ Assists with handling surplus and storage areas of the inventory section.
+ Resolves minor inventory location/usage discrepancies.

Provide first level support on both network outages and network-related projects. + Deep knowledge with proven expertise of Cisco, Fortigate, Brocade networking products, Load balancers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, UTMs , Wifi(Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba), maintaining and troubleshooting
+ Expertise in networking concepts such as IPLCs, Leased Lines, MPLS, TI/T3/ E1, VoIP, VPN tunnels etc.
+ Proficient configuring WAN links, VLANs and protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, RIP etc.
+ Solid background in network security compulsions from the desktop level to the network gateway and perimeter level6y76y
+ Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting WAN protocols such as BGP, OSPF, RIP etc. and security mechanisms such as IPSec/AES/3DES/SSL
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide 24x7 L1 network operational support of existing network, capacity planning, conduct infrastructure audits, configure security policies/VPNs
+ Provide troubleshooting support to maintain all network systems and monitor them proactively to ensure that production downtime is minimized and SLAs are achieved
+ Conduct InfoSec activities and ID management of Voice devices on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure that all devices are compliant with zero deviations per the InfoSec calendar
+ Execute day-to-day network activities as part of Incident management and Change management processes to ensure end users requests are handled and addressed within the defined SLA's
+ Proactively evaluate new and emerging technologies and suggest ways to add value to the existing infrastructure
+ Author and deliver network related documentation
+ Ensure an effective communication process is in place with all the stakeholders including vendors, server, voice and desktop support teams
