**What You´ll Do For Us:**
+ Build a trusted **value-based relationship** with bottling partners, acting as a liaison between TCCC and the bottler.
+ Ensure the execution of **Winning at the Point of Sales** (Affordability / Recruitment, Availability, and Market Assets). Enable bottlers POS execution process building customer partnership and relevance.
+ **Execute Commercial Plans** (ATL/BTL). This includes, but not limited to, media, POS material, sampling and local events. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler, leveraging knowledge from the Franchise Unit (FU) Marketing, Business Unit (BU) Marketing, and Customer Commercial Leadership (CCL) teams and executing through activation agencies.
+ **Execute availability strategy and tactics** . This includes, but not limited to, defining/re-applying and executing specific objectives (by channel, brand, regions), specialized pre-seller routes, sales tracking and incentives, customer incentives, etc. This should be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging BU capabilities team to achieve availability goals defined in the Rules of Engagement.
+ **Drive top line growth for all TCCC Portfolio** by executing affordability strategies and tactics. This includes, but not limited to, conducting and executing OBPPC analysis, price-packaging strategy, price promotions, bundle promotions. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging knowledge from the BU Marketing and CCL teams.
+ **Lead periodic performance reports for business monitoring** . Review and follow-up of weekly performance reports
+ **Reinforce the cultural transformation** to enable the network organization to succeed across the system.
+ **Lead transformational and structural projects** to evolve our capabilities in the market
**Qualification and Requirements:**
+ **+3 years of Franchise Leadership roles** (preferred but not required)
+ +10 years of Commercial experience and P&L management (Other FMCG)
+ **Individual contributor with excellent leadership capability** , able to work in a **diverse cultural environment** , efficient communicator and influencing skills
+ Working experience with the relevant bottler (preferred not required)
+ **Ability to conduct franchise leadership activities** in Honduras & El Salvador so it achieves the System's (TCCC + Bottler) short and long-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall business plan
+ **Proficiency in identifying changes in consumer needs and behaviors** . Understand trends and develop strategies to address and capture opportunities.
+ **Ability to implement and execute the** commercial strategy that will step change our capability to win at the point of sale.
+ Capability to **overcome resistance** within bottler system towards investment and capability development for all TCCC Portfolio. For that purpose is necessary leadership and establishment of a collaborative partnership with the system and inside the company.

**Internal Career Path Policies**

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Insurance with Minimum of 1 year in a quality assurance position or similar, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and feedback required to perform their duties according to stablished parameters. Perform audits (file/call) to ensure associates are adhering to processes and procedures.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Measure the adherence to internal policies and procedures.
+ Perform call and file monitoring and provide trend data to site management team.
+ Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions with Operation and Client staff.
+ Identify training needs.
+ When requested by the Operation, coordinate call listening/round tables sessions with the associates.
+ Creation and deployment of the Monthly Process Knowledge Test.
+ Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
+ Provide feedback to the associates about errors identified.
+ Assess business execution and identify business trends.
+ Provide visibility via reporting and analysis of crucial areas of improvement, useful for the operation such as: CAPA Analysis, Error Rework Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Calibration Variance Analysis, High Level Reports collation, etc.
+ Participation in the creation/update of transaction monitoring formats and quality standards that must be followed by the Operation for new or existing processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 1 year in a quality assurance position or similar
+ **Experience in Accounts Receivable/RCM roles is a plus**
+ Proven experience in auditing teams and adhering to weekly/monthly quotas
+ Proven experience in data analysis
+ Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
+ Proven experience implementing action plans to improve customer satisfaction
