**Role Summary**
As a Customer Finance Analyst at Colgate-Palmolive, you will be the financial guardian of our brand strategies. The primary function of this role is to strategically align Sales with overarching Marketing and Business objectives across the Caribbean and Central America (CAR/CAM) region, aggressively driving market penetration and expansion while ensuring sustained profitability.
**Job Description:**
This position is responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies across all routes to market, including Retail, Industrial/Construction (IC), Trade-specific channels, Distribution, and E-commerce.
Success in this role requires deep, hands on expertise in CAR/CAM markets. This is not a traditional marketing role candidates must bring practical, in market knowledge of commercial dynamics, regulatory environments, and go to market realities, and must be able to translate that knowledge into actionable, results-driven strategies.
This role is an individual contributor with strong cross-functional influence and future potential for team leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Regional Strategy & Commercial Execution**
+ Develop and execute channel marketing strategies tailored specifically to Caribbean and Central America markets.
+ Align closely with Sales (IC and JSS) to drive execution that delivers market penetration, share gain, and profitable growth.
+ Identify and activate business opportunities across all channels (Retail, Distribution, Trade Specific and E-commerce).
+ Translate regional market realities into actionable go to market strategies, avoiding one size fits all approaches.

**3. Channel & Portfolio Management**
+ Recommend optimal product assortment and channel mix based on local demand, competitive positioning, and distribution realities.
+ Partner with Product Marketing to ensure portfolio decisions reflect regional constraints and opportunities.
+ Evaluate and support pricing strategies, promotional plans, and program effectiveness across markets.
+ Drive execution of channel specific programs (promotions, merchandising, distributor activations, sell in tools, etc.).
**4. New Product Commercialization**
+ Lead and support regional launch execution for new products, ensuring alignment with local requirements.
+ Identify and address launch barriers related to: Certifications and compliance, Importation restrictions, Channel readiness, Customer adoption dynamics
+ Ensure successful sell in and sell through strategies across diverse CAR/CAM markets.
**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance teams.
+ Align demand planning, promotional strategies, and commercialization efforts with regional realities.
+ Provide visibility to internal stakeholders on market trends, risks, opportunities, and execution gaps.
**6. Field Engagement & Market Connectivity**
+ Travel across Caribbean and Central America to maintain first hand understanding of market conditions and execution.
+ Build strong relationships with Sales teams, distributors, and key customers.
+ Continuously refine strategies based on in market insights and feedback.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
+ Fluent in Spanish and English (required).

+ Proven experience managing or navigating: importation processes, product certifications, regulatory and compliance requirements in LATAM markets.
**Minimum:**

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. ¿Cuál será tu huella en Unilever?
+ Desarrollaras soluciones digitales utilizando Power Apps y Power Automate que automaticen tareas operativas del área de logística, reduciendo la carga manual y mejorando la eficiencia en los flujos de trabajo del almacén.
+ Documentaras, mapearas y estandarizaras procesos logísticos clave, identificando oportunidades de mejora y asegurando la correcta implementación y adopción de las automatizaciones creadas por los equipos involucrados.
¿Qué necesitas para brillar en esta posición?
+ Estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Programación.
+ Conocimientos básicos en mapeo y análisis de procesos, manejo de datos, y afinidad por herramientas digitales.
+ Conocimientos de suite Microsoft Power Platform (PowerAutomate, Azure, SQL y Python).
+ Conocimiento de Mejora continua (Lean/Six Sigma).

**En un día normal tendrás que:**
+ Diagnosticar fallas electrónicas, ajustar variadores de frecuencia y sistemas de control multimarca y atención de emergencias 24/7.
+ Trabajar de forma segura de acuerdo con todas las directrices de Salud y Seguridad Medioambientales
+ Realizar horas extra cuando sea necesario
+ Estar en contacto directo con el cliente en sitio, para establecer una buena relación de trabajo
+ Realizar inspecciones antes y después del mantenimiento para garantizar un alto nivel de calidad y seguridad
**¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!**
Como ajustador cualificado, es esencial que tengas conocimientos sobre elevadores y que puedas aplicar los principios de ingeniería de ascensores al mantenimiento.
+ **Estar cualificado para dar el ajuste a ascensores según las normas establecidas**
+ Tener mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el campo de los ascensores, idealmente adquirida en la actividad de montaje o al menos experiencia en la industria y/o imantenimiento
+ Tener sólidos conocimientos en interpretación de planos eléctricos, mecánica de precisión y sistemas hidráulicos.
+ Gusto por los productos técnicos y las nuevas tecnologías
+ Apreciar por los oficios manuales, como la satisfacción de ver el trabajo terminado
